    These regulations are to be read in conjunction with the Rules and Regulations for Exhibitors and Participants on the back of the nomination form.  All nomination of entry forms by exhibitors under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by the signed consent of the exhibitor’s parent/guardian.  All adult nomination of entry forms must be accompanied by the signed indemnity.  This form is located with the entry forms at the back of the schedule.

    • All NOMINATION OF entry forms must be signed.
    • ALL ENTRIES MUST PROVIDE VENDOR DECLARATIONS AND HAVE A NLIS INDENTIFICATION.
    • Judging will commence at 9.00am on Saturday 5th November.
    • Livestock are to remain on the showgrounds until 4:00pm.
    • Stall bedding supplied
    • All entries must be registered in the respective Stud Book or Calf Register.
    • No exhibit can compete in more than one class except in progeny Classes and Group classes.
    • All exhibits of breeding cows which are not in milk or evidently in calf, must at the time of lodging entries, supply a Statutory Declaration that the cows competing have bred within 12 months previous to the time of exhibition.
    • The scale of points in the stock section shall be: First = 3 points, Second – 2 points, Third = 1 point.  Unless otherwise stipulated.
    • All entries must provide vendor declarations and have NLIS identification.

    See cows milked and calves fed at 10:30; 11:30; 12:30 and 1:30 on Saturday. All this at the Dairy Promotion Tent situated opposite the cattle ring. See the visual display of farm memorabilia, photo's and some modern farm equipment. Free product sampling and giveaways.
