PRIZE MONEY CAN BE COLLECTED SATURDAY AFTER 9 AM.


NOTE:

  • a) NOMINATION OF ENTRY forms will be received until noon Wednesday November 2nd. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
  • b) EXHIBITS to be staged as early as possible on Friday Novmber 4th but no later than 9.45am ready for judging on that day.  (Hall is open from 8am Friday for exhibits.)
  • ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE COLLECTED AFTER SHOW

SPECIAL REGULATIONS:

  • Unless otherwise specified, exhibits to be one (1) jar or bottle only.
  • Exhibits must be in clear glass containers with plain screw top lids.
  • Jars to be labelled with type of jam, etc and date.
  • Exhibit tickets to be around jar or bottle and held in place with an elastic band.
  • NO MATERIAL COVERS ALLOWED.
  • The Reading Pavilion will be cleared of all persons, with the exception of Stewards, at 4pm on Saturday November 5th, re-opening from 4:15pm to 5pm for the removal of exhibits.  Re-entry will be by Receipt of Entry only.  Don’t forget yours.
