NOTE:
- a) NOMINATION OF ENTRY forms will be received until noon Wednesday November 2nd. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
- b) EXHIBITS must be staged as early as possible but no later than 9:30am on Thursday November 3th ready for judging on that day.
- ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE COLLECTED AFTER SHOW
SPECIAL REGULATIONS
- Entries are what you write on the form and take to the office (and receive a “Receipt of Entry”).
- Exhibit is the article you bring into the Show. Good luck!
- Exhibits that have previously taken a prize at the Busselton Show shall not be eligible to compete, and any that have been laundered (with the exception of Classes 2) will be disqualified.
- Fibres other than wool will be accepted in their appropriate classes.
- This section is open to amateurs only.
- Exhibit tickets must be either stitched on the exhibit or secured with small safety pins – NO SEWING PINS TO BE USED.
- The Emery Pavilion will be cleared of all persons, with the exception of Stewards, at 4pm on Saturday November 5th, re-opening from 4:30pm to 5pm for the removal of exhibits. Re-entry will be by Receipt of Entry only.
