SPECIAL AWARDS:
- A cash prize has been donated by the Busselton Art Society for the best exhibit in this section.
- A cash prize has been donated by the Busselton Dunsborough Environment Centre for the best exhibit in class 88.
- A cash prize has been donated by Mr U Kubach for the best exhibit in 5 years & under and 6 to 7 years.
- A cash prize has been donated by Viva Books for the best exhibit in 8 – 10 years, 11 – 13 years and 14 – 17 years.
SPECIAL REGULATIONS:
- Exhibits that have previously taken a prize at the Busselton Show shall not be eligible to compete.
- Exhibits must be the work of one individual, and untutored.
- Where one exhibit only is entered in a class, prize money will be awarded at the discression of the judge.
- Size limitation 30cm x 30cm
- All exhibits to be suitable for hanging. A light card mount will facilitate pinning.
- In the interest of fairness and equality in judging, all formally framed works will only be shown in the framed sections.
- Only two entries per class, per person.

Note:
- Nominations: Please make sure nominations forms are received at the show office, Churchill Park, by 12 noon Wednesday 2nd November.
- Delivering Exhibits: Exhibits must be delivered by 4pm on Wednesday 2nd November, with exhibit ticket attached by staple.
- Sorry, no late nominations can be accepted, due to very tight time constraints.
- Collection: Please collect exhibitions Saturday 5th November between 4.15 & 5pm. Exhibits can only be accepted by showing ‘Receipt of Entry’
- ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE COLLECTED AFTER THE SHOW.
