  • 128   Any article of woodwork, 9 to 12 years inclusive, not turned (max size 900mm²).
  • 129   Any article of woodwork, 13 to 15 years inclusive, not turned (max size 900mm²).
  • 130   Any article of woodwork, 17 years and under, not turned (max size 900mm²).
  • 131   Any turned wooden article, 15 years and under, (max size 900mm²).
  • 132   Any turned wooden article, 17 years and under, (max size 900mm²).
  • SPECIAL REGULATIONS:

    • Exhibits that have previously taken prizes at the Busselton Show shall not be eligible to compete.
    • The Woodwork annex will be cleared of all persons, with the exception of Stewards, at 4pm on Saturday October 30th, re-opening from 4:15pm to 5pm for the removal of exhibits.  Re-entry will be by Receipt of Entry only.

     


    METALWORK

    15 YEARS AND UNDER

    SPECIAL AWARDS:

    • A cash prize has been donated by South West Machining Centre for class 134.

  • 133   Hand-made item for household use.
  • 134   Metal art (max size 900mm²).

     

    17 YEARS AND UNDER

    • A cash prize has been donated by South West Machining Centre for class 136.

  • 135   Hand-made item for household use.
  • 136   Metal art (max size 900mm²).

NOTE:

  • a)      NOMINATION OF ENTRY forms will be received until noon Wednesday November 2nd at the show office. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
  • b)   EXHIBITS to be staged by 11.00am on Thursday November 3rd ready for judging.
  • c) ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE COLLECTED AFTER SHOW

See cows milked and calves fed at 10:30; 11:30; 12:30 and 1:30 on Saturday. All this at the Dairy Promotion Tent situated opposite the cattle ring. See the visual display of farm memorabilia, photo's and some modern farm equipment. Free product sampling and giveaways.
