NOTE:
- a) NOMINATION of entry forms will be received until 12 noon Wednesday November 2nd at the Show Office, Churchill Park. A limit of two entries per class. NO LATE NOMINATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
- b) EXHIBITS to be staged by 9.30am, Friday November 4th with exhibit ticket attached. NO LATE EXHIBITS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
- c) Exhibits are to be collected between 4:30pm and 5pm Saturday November 5th. Re-entry will be by Receipt of Entry only.
SPECIAL AWARDS:
- A cash prize donated by Mr Ross Reading will be awarded to the Best Exhibit in each age group.
- A trophy donated by Sandra Otway will be awarded to the Best Exhibit in Class 8.
7 YEARS AND UNDER
Class
- 1 .Miniature floral garden in sand (with ornaments) – circular container less than 32cm diameter.
- 2. Medium sized vase of mixed flowers, at least 3 varieties.
- 3. One flower, any type.
- 4. Arrangement in an eggcup.
8 TO 13 YEARS INCLUSIVE
Class
- 5. Miniature floral garden in sand (with ornaments) – circular container less than 32cm diameter.
- 6. One flower, any type.
- 7. Arrangement in an eggcup.
- 8. Medium sized vase of mixed flowers, at least 3 varieties.
14 TO 17 YEARS INCLUSIVE
Class
- 9. One rose.
- 10. Vase of Flowers.
- 11. Arrangement, 3 flowers only, plus any other material.
NOTE: Classes 3, 6, and 9 to be judged for flower, not the arrangement.
SPECIAL REGULATIONS:
- The Pavilions will be cleared of all persons, with the exception of stewards at 4pm on Saturday October 30th and reopened for the removal of exhibits between 4:30pm to 5pm. Re-entry will be by Receipt of Entry only.
- NOTE: ALL ARTICLES MUST BE THE WORK OF THE EXHIBITOR.
- Exhibits that have previously taken a prize at the Busselton Show shall not be eligible to compete.
- Exhibits can be delivered to Churchill Park exhibition halls on Wednesday October 27th between 10.00am and 4.00pm (photography must be by 12 noon).
