Special Regulations

PLEASE EMAIL IN HAND AND HARNESS ENTRIES TO: bussobreedentries@yahoo.com  BY WEDNESDAY 1ST OF NOVEMBER 
Please include a copy of registration papers and receipt of payment for your entry

These regulations are to be read in conjunction with the Rules and Regulations for Exhibitors and Participants on the back of the nomination form.  All entries by exhibitors under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by the signed consent of the exhibitor’s parent/guardian.  All adult entries must be accompanied by the signed indemnity.  This form is located with the entry forms at the back of the schedule and on our website under Section A Ring Events.  Copies will also be available at the ring office.

ALL NOMINATION OF ENTRY FORMS MUST BE SIGNED.

TIMETABLE:  The Ringmaster has the right to alter the schedule, programme and start time if and where it is deemed necessary.  Whilst we would love to accommodate everyone, rings will not be held up for lengthy periods unless deemed necessary by the ring master eg. Champions.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS: ALL COMPETITORS MUST WEAR APPROVED STANDARD SAFETY HELMET

HACKING:
NOMINATIONS: - ON THE DAY CASH ONLY AT THE RING OFFICE
Age is at the day of our show -birth certificates to be available if requested.
HORSE ENTRY IS VIA CAREY STREET GATE – GATE OPENS 6.30 FRIDAY AND SATURDAY All competitors are required to pay entry to the grounds.  Consider joining as a member for cheap entry both days or pre ticket purchase at a discount rate.
IN HAND CLASSES: 
All Horses in registered section must be registered with their own breed societies and photocopies of registration documents must accompany entry. Please send all relevant documents to bussobreedentries@yahoo.com.au

REFUNDS:  On veterinary certificate only.
 
LOOSE BOXES FOR STALLIONS, MARES AND FOALS - Owing to the limited number available these will be allocated on a first booked and paid for basis at $5 per box for show.  Stallions and Mares with foals at foot will have priority Please clean boxes and place manure in the bins provided

PROTESTS:  All protests must be in writing and lodged with the Chief Office Steward, accompanied by a $100 fee, within 10 minutes of the decision being protested against.
 

RIDERS AND SPECTATORS TAKE PART AT THEIR OWN RISK.
