Children and Young People Section
PRIZE MONEY: First $8; Second $4 Entry Fee: 50 cents
There are many sections for children to enter and not all are to be delivered and
judged on the same day, so it is important to read each section for this information.
SPECIAL REGULATIONS:
• FOR ALL SECTIONS Nomination of entry forms must be received at the show office, Churchill Park, by 12 noon Wednesday 30th October
• The Pavilions will be cleared of all persons, with the exception of stewards at 4pm on Saturday 2ndNovember and reopened for the removal of exhibits between 4:15pm to 5pm. Re-entry will be by Receipt of Entry only.
• NOTE: ALL ARTICLES MUST BE THE WORK OF THE EXHIBITOR.
• Exhibits that have previously taken a prize at the Busselton Show shall not be eligible to compete.
DELIVERY OF EXHIBITS FOR JUDGING IS LISTED IN THE SECTIONS OF THE SCEDULE
EXHIBITS MAY BE ACCEPTED BY SECTION STEWARDS IF DELIVERED LATE BUT WILL NOT BE JUDGED.
Flowers delivered to Emery Pavillion no later than 9.30am Friday 1st November
Vegetables and farm produce delivered to Reading Pavilion no later than 9.30am Friday 1stNovember
Crafts delivered to Reading Pavillion no later than 9.30am Thursday 31st October
Duplo and Lego delivered to Reading Pavillion no later than 9.30am Thursday 31st October
Cooking delivered to Emery Pavillion no later than 9.30am Friday 1st November
Art delivered to Reading Pavillion no later than 9.30am Thursday 1st November
Photography delivered to Soccer rooms no later than 12 noon Wednesday 31st October
Woodwork and metalwork delivered to Reading Pavillion no later than 9.30am Thursday 31st oCTOBER
Non perishable entries can be left at the show office when lodging entry form.
