ALL VENDORS WELCOME
Busselton Show welcomes all kinds of vendors, from classic market stalls and food trucks to local community groups and businesses. It is the perfect opportunity to meet your customers face to face, form new relationships and put your business in the mind of the thousands of show attendees.
The Busselton Show has four zones for traders, please select and fill in the appropriate form below.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bookings are accepted only upon full payment being included with the completed application form. While every endeavour is made to accommodate placement requests the SDAS reserves the right to reallocate locations if necessary however will make contact should this occur.

Traders must be set up and operational by 3pm Friday and 9am-4pm Saturday

For safety all tents or marquees must be secured

While Busselton Show does have security on the grounds each vendor is responsible for their own exhibit

Sites must be kept tidy and any refuse put into rubbish bins

No PA equipment can be used at any time

No pets are allowed on the grounds as per City of Busselton requirements

4 entry passes will be included, any further entry passes can be purchased at a discount rate
NOTE: vendors have access to 1 power point if required

FOOD SALES
If you are a food or drink vendor wishing to sell your food for consumption over the show dates please download the following application form.
The Busselton Show does require Vendors to trade both days of the show and you must provide the certificates required to operate a food business as requested on the application.
UNDERCOVER
There are a limited stall spaces available in the protected undercover area.
Just bring your display, table and chairs
They fill up fast so get your application in early.

BITUMEN
Catch the people as they come out the pavilions heading to side show alley.
Sites are all 3m deep and you can purchase additional frontage per meter.

GRASS
The grassed area is booked per meter and is the perfect space to bring large items to display and sell. The bookings are not limited to agriculture vendors, lifestyle, sports, real estate and community groups all come along.
Sites are all 9m deep and start from 3m width with additional space available per meter.
