REQUIREMENTS TO EXHIBIT
Entry forms must be received at the show office, Churchill Park, by 12 noon Wednesday 28th October.
The Emery Pavillion opens at 8am Thursday 29th October and all exhibits must be delivered by 9.30am
Sorry, no late nominations can be accepted.
TO COLLECT EXHIBIT
Exhibits can be collected Saturday 31st October between 4.15 & 5pm.
The hall will be cleared of patrons and closed at 4pm to safely remove cages in preparation to collect exhibits.
Receipt of entry is required to enter the hall – a limited number of people will be admitted at a time to collect exhibits.
