COLLECTABLES

REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER
 Entry forms are to be received at the show office, Churchill Park, by 12 noon Wednesday 29th October
 Exhibits must be staged by 10am on Thursday 30th October.
 Sorry, no late nominations can be accepted.
 Any exhibit that has won at a previous Busselton Show are not eligible

TO COLLECT EXHIBITS
 The pavilion will be cleared of people and closed at 4pm Saturday 1st November
 Exhibits can be collected from 4.15pm to 5.00pm
 Receipt of entry is required to collect exhibits

SPECIAL REGULATIONS
 Exhibit ticket needs to be affixed to exhibit for classes 1,2,3 and 6
 For classes 4,5 and 7 attached ticket to one item. The Society will provide means to label remaining items.
 Exhibits that have previously won a prize at The Busselton Show are not eligible to enter

SPECIAL AWARDS
 A cash prize has been donated for the best exhibit in the Collectables classes 1-3
 A cash prize has been donated for the best exhibit in thein Collectables classes 4 - 7

17 years and under
Class
1 “Nature”, minimum 6 similar items collected from nature, for example 6 shells, 6 feathers, 6 gemstones. Must be able to be displyed flat or standing, no loose items.
2 Pins and/or Badges, 6 items, affixed to card (max A5 size)
3 Small toys, 6 items displayed in a basket or box

Open to all ages
Class
4 Decorative lidded box, 4 items, max display space 40cm x 20cm
5 Coloured glass bottles, 6 items can be different shapes, sizes and colours
6 Key rings, 6 items, attached to card max A5 size
7 Any collection not in schedule, 6 items. Eg action figures, cars, dolls, figurines, tea cups etc

Reasonable care will be taken with exhibits but please be aware that the display area is not always locked and secure. Entering valuable collectibles will be the exhibitors choice and the Southern Districts Agricultural Society, Busselton Inc does not accept liability for loss or damage to exhibit items
